WOhooooo!!!! How is everyone doing? do we all have our pedometers yet? I got mine Thursday evening and lets just say I obviously don't walk enough, today was the very first day I hit 5,000+ and that's because I took Jacob and Sage (the dog) for an extremely long walk this afternoon then hubby and I took them both for another walk when he got home from work. Currently its 9:50 pm and I am sitting at 5,234 steps not bad but not where I want to be, remember this is 10K challenge.
So if you can all comment below with who has a pedometer and who doesn't it will help me with knowing when to start asking for weekly check ins and who is following the blog as well. Thanks gals!!!
Good Morning! :) I have my pedometer (and promise I will learn how to use it today!) Its been a rainy few days here in NJ so hopefully it will get nicer soon so we can go on some walks! :) ~Rachel
ReplyDeleteI have my pedometer! Took me a few minutes to figure out how to reset it, but I've got it down now. Yesterday was the first day I used it and I hit over 13,500 steps taken and that didn't include my 15 minute walk on the treadmill!
ReplyDeleteI just got my pedometer all set up w/ a new battery last night. Today will be the first day wearing it, so we'll see how it goes. :)
ReplyDeleteHave it! Ready to go.
ReplyDeleteI've got mine. I've just got to measure my stride.
ReplyDelete10,163 steps yesterday! I like this :)
ReplyDeleteWhen are we officially beginning?
ReplyDeleteI don't have a pedometer, but I'm doing a combination of wii fit and jogging. The weather was nice out last evening and I actually jogged over 2 miles for the first time in a long time if ever.
ReplyDeleteLogging in for the first time, we said Wednesdays right? I started using my pedometer yesterday and today (both days over the 5k minimum).
ReplyDeleteI finally got my pedometer, AND I got it up and running! And speaking of running, this ped counts my steps when I'm jogging too, so I'm already over 5000 for the day, and it's only 9 a.m. =) Yesterday I went over 5000, too, but a part of that was because I made an extra trip to the store just to get my numbers up. My kids are going to learn to hate the word "pedometer!"
